As the Assistant Director for Undergraduate Assessment, Josh will be responsible for leading unit assessment planning and reporting across all of OUE. In this role, Josh will support OUE’s culture of continuous improvement and will collaborate with all units on yearly their assessment and impact reports. Josh will also be creating and leading workshops and trainings for OUE staff on assessment topics and will chair the OUE Assessment Committee.
 
Josh joins us from the University of Kentucky, where he served as the Evaluation Specialist in the Evaluation Center of the College of Education. He has extensive experience with higher education program evaluation and assessment, research methodologies, and qualitative and quantitative assessment methods. He holds a Bachelor and Master of English from Mississippi State University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Boston University. Josh is also in the process of completing his Ph.D. in Higher Education at the University of Kentucky.
