The Honors Program (HP) is excited to unveil its new website. After reaching out to current users and conducting focus groups with students, the HP designed a site that will engage all constituents: prospective students and their families, current students, faculty, staff, and outside organizations who might want to learn more about the mission and vision of the program.

Built on the latest content management software (Drupal 10), the site has a fresh feel and lots of new content. Prospective students and their families can visit the site and learn all about the application process, housing options, and financial considerations in joining the HP, as well as all about the HP student experience. Current HP students can find out information about the curriculum, classes and registration, and enriching opportunities like the Honors Program Pathways. The site features all the latest HP news and upcoming events, as well as information on some of the HP signature events, like the New Student Retreat and HProm

Beyond all this important information, the new website shares stories about students and their experiences in the HP and at Georgia Tech. The site features profiles of current HP members and some of the amazing alums, as well as bios of the fantastic students serving on the Honors Leadership Council. There is also some great video content, like a silly take on the class registration process in the “HP Registration Olympics” and videos that allow viewers to “see themselves here” in Eighth Street Apartments, home to Honors Program students.

Thanks to all who assisted in bringing this project to fruition. Feel free to share feedback on the site or any changes you’d like to see in the future.
