Congratulations to Dr. Joyelle Harris, Director of Undergraduate DEI Initiatives, and Monique Morris, Coordinator – Pre-Graduate and Pre-Professional Advising, for their nomination and acceptance into the ASPIRE professional development program offered by GT Workplace Learning & Professional Development.
Both members of the third cohort, Monique and Joy join the latest cohort of the ASPIRE program consisting of 41 employees representing 25 different departments and a wide array of roles across campus. Launched in 2019, ASPIRE is intended for all Georgia Tech employees who are interested in learning to lead from where they are regardless of position. The program is founded on the Competing Values Framework of Organizations and centers on four competing approaches to leadership framework and case study applications, providing participants with a well-rounded foundation for leadership understanding and practice.
