Director, Tutoring & Academic Support
Dr. Green has been involved in science education for 14 years as a biology professor, with an emphasis on urban ecology and amphibian conservation. She has been engaged in teaching, advising, and professional development at Georgia Tech as a senior academic professional in the School of Biological Sciences. Dr. Green also spent three years as a teaching professor at Georgetown University. She is focused on student success through classroom initiatives that promote student engagement and well-being.
Dr. Green earned her Ph.D. in Biology at the University of Virginia and her BA in Environmental and Evolutionary Biology at Dartmouth College. She enjoys hiking, dance, and traveling with her family, especially to the mountains or the beach.
